Current Openings Full Time CSR
We are currently looking for an experienced full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our growing shop is conveniently located in the Countryside area. Starting pay is $11.00/$13.00 hour, 8 paid holidays, employee health, 2 weeks vacation + 2 personal days. We are a member of Crouser & Associates which holds us accountable to ensure a mature working environment for our employees. As a member our employees also receive ongoing training opportunities. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Following is a list of some of the Customer Service Rep’s duties:
Answer telephones
Wait on customers at front counter
Enter orders into automated print production software
Prepare quotes for customers
Prepare packages for shipping FedEx, UPS and AAA Delivery
Maintain communication with customers throughout production of jobs
The following equipment is operated by the CSR:
Cannon high speed format copier
Computer for quotations
Fax machine
Various bindery
Deliveries
The CSR is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met. The CSR has primary responsibility for ensuring that customer needs are met.
As the Customer Service Representative, you would be the primary internal representative of our organization, convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our printing services and capabilities.
You are a member of the Production Team, and together you are accountable for meeting the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales goals of the company. The sales and strategic marketing activities of the team will be designed to achieve these revenue goals. These in turn are key to meeting all of the company goals:
